ASSEMBLY TIPS:
–Do Not Overtighten Screws, typical torque specs are 10-15in/lbs, if you are unsure … email us – sales@bigdogsteel.com
-Ensure all carriage bolts are seated prior to tightening, if the carriage bolt is not seated you could spin or strip the holster.
-Make sure the carriage bolts and binder barrels are the appropriate length before tightening. The bolt and binder should be shorter than the holster + spacer + hanger. Test fit your setup and be careful not to overtighten. Trying to tighten the barrel down on a bolt that is too long will cause damage to the holster. The holster hardware was intended to work with the included .2″ and .4″ spacers. If you do not use a spacer with your hanger, your bolt and binder may be too long. We offer shorter hardware for sale in the carnivore accessories section
Damaging your holster in this manner is NOT covered under warranty.
