BDS Vertical Grip, for the Wilcox Raptar Remote
Big Dog Steel is proud to announce the release of a new vertical grip that is specifically designed to work seamlessly with the Wilcox Raptar Remote. The BDS VG is ideal for precision rifles and comes loaded with features. It features two small nubs on the top of the thumb shelf and a line down the center of the front of the grip, which serve as indexing points to help you maintain a consistent grip every time. The sides and front of the grip are nicely textured, making it easy to maintain a secure grip. The remote area fits snugly and is strong, designed to be snag-free. The remote cord clips into a guide and will not put pressure on the cord once it snaps in place past the guide. A ledge on the bottom of the grip, combined with the guide, locks the remote in place and prevents it from coming free. The hole to attach the included stainless steel bolt, lock washer (along with a wrench and vibra-tite), is hidden under the remote. The BDS VG is compatible with almost all AR and chassis platforms that accept an AR grip. Additionally, we offer a left-handed version of the grip for lefties.

Great grip! Fits my RAPTAR remote perfectly. Easy to install with the hole placed on the backside of the grip to allow for easy screw installation. Cable routing is easy. I installed this on an AR-10. The short cable was long enough to make it to the top of my scope (Nightforce 2.5×20). Overall the texture of the grip feels excellent. Love the shelf for my thumb on the right side. Well thought out with the two raised index points. I am getting two more as I move my RAPTAR across multiple rifles. One point to be aware of – this will not work on an AI AXSR/ASR. The AXSR/ASR grip interface is basically a standard AR15 interface rotated 10 degrees placing standard AR15 grips in a much more vertical orientation. This makes a vertical grip point forward.
