We recommend using untreated 4×4 posts with slightly rounded corners, as the heavy-duty bracket tubes are slightly radiused from the manufacturing process—fitting treated timber posts may require extra care. For convenience, every kit includes self-drilling screws and washers for fast, secure assembly.
